Phone challenges, which are continuing, mean a day long posting and some brevity.

Breakfast: baby bell $.50 at the Korean store in the building where I park and a fabulous roll $1.00 from Potenza across the street from my office. Potenza is a real bakery and Italian restaurant that helped save the food ghetto that was the White House corridor by my office.
Lunch: Salad from Devon and Blakely, the second food savior, is my go-to. Salad is $2.95 plus toppings. This one with tofu, corn, olives, kidney beans, carrots and broccoli was $5.95 (It comes with bread, if you want it too.) This is a bargain for a healthy DC lunch.
Dinner: Rice and beans replay take three $1.80
